As a community theatre, we rely on ticket sales, donations, volunteers and sponsorships to keep our doors open. There are four equally valuable ways you can support The Barn Players in our mission to provide high quality productions.
The heart of any community theatre is its base of volunteers, contributors, and sponsors. That means your support is absolutely essential to our mission of providing quality theatre for our community. That's why we hope you'll participate in our newest fundraising effort and become a friend of The Barn Players Theatre, using any of these six "friends" categories:
- BENEFACTOR ($1,000 and up)
- ANGEL ($700 - $999)
- PATRON ($400 - $699)
- STARRING ROLE ($150 - $399)
- CHORUS ($50 - $149)
- FAN ($25 - $49)
Please help support The Barn Players! Your donation/gift is completely tax deductible and directly supports our efforts to bring you the very best in local community theatre.
All donors will have their names listed in our show programs.

The Barn Players is a 501(c)3 organization, which means your donation is 100% tax-deductible. We will be happy to mail you a receipt for tax purposes.

We are always happy to have business sponsors for any of our shows. The sponsor pays $1,000 for a play or $1,500 for a musical, and in return their name and/or logo are included in all publicity for that show. They get a full-page ad for the run of the show, a link added to our website, and recognition at every curtain speech.

Dozens of people, mostly volunteers, come together to make our productions and our organization successful. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Ushering or selling concessions at performances
- Building scenery for shows
- Setting up displays in our lobby
- Helping with the marketing of our shows
- Special events planning
- Fundraising initiatives
- ...and many more!
